There will be a daily local ferry from Male’ to Maafushi (our location) leaving at 3:00 pm every weekdays except Fridays. The journey will take around 90 minutes and you can buy soft drinks and snacks from the ferry canteen. There is also an upper open-air deck on the ferry where you can have a feel of the Maldivian geography and nature.

A one way trip in this ferry will cost USD 2/- or Rf 30/- per person. The ferry will go back to Male’ at 7:30 am in the morning on every weekday except Fridays.

If you arrive Male’ after the departure of the local ferry, you can either stay one night in Male’ (the Capital City of Maldives) until the next ferry or you can hire a speed boat.

Speed boat will be available on request any day of the week. Journey on a speed boat will take around 25 minutes to reach us. The cost for the speed boat is USD 50/- per person.

If you are visiting in a group, the price of speed boat can be divided among you, so the price per head will be cheaper. Speed boat transport can be arranged at anytime you want.

Please note that guests must specify arrival and departure flight details at the time of booking, or at least 24 hours prior to arrival. We will arrange meet and greet services at the airport and assist in the transportation from the airport to the guesthouse. Transportation is available by ferry or a speedboat.

If you have your own transport option or if you hire a different transport service please notify us the arrival time to the island so that we can arrange to greet you from the island.
