Rates are quoted in USD ( United States Dollars ). All rates quoted are net prices and are inclusive of Service Charge and Tourism Tax ( Maldives Tourism Act ), presently USD 8/- per person per night regardless of age. In the event of a revision in Tourism Tax the same will be added to the above rates. Rates include breakfast.

Maximum occupancy per room is two (2) adults and one (1) child under 12 years.

Day use checkout time is 12:00 pm irrespective of hours of stay.

Transfer from airport to Paradise Retreat, Maafushi takes 30 minutes by speedboat directly. Travel by speedboat will cost about USD 200/- per one way trip. Requests need to be made in advance in order to arrange transfer by speedboat.

Taking a ferry from Male’ takes 1.5 hours, and costs USD 2/- per person.

Regular ferries are available between Male’ and Maafushi, daily except Fridays, leaving Male’ at 3:00 pm and departure from Maafushi at 7.30 am.

Confirmed rooms will be available for occupancy after 2:00 pm on the day of arrival. Checkout time is 12:00 pm. Late checkout is subject to room availability. Rooms used beyond 12:00 pm hours on the day of departure will be charged at day use rate.

All cancellation of reservation should be notified to the hotel 15 days in advance from the date of arrival. In the event the cancellation period is less than the specified period, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

All payments should be made by accepted currencies in Maldives, and are subject to a 6% GST ( Goods and Services Tax Act ).
